Launchpad provides entrepreneurs and startups with a comprehensive support process designed to assist and accelerate the successful development and growth of start-up and young companies. This is accomplished through a carefully designed incubation program of business education, targeted services, networking, and other programs designed to help the entrepreneur. In 2018, Launchpad was winner of the Gold Award for Best Business Incubator/Startup Program from CoVaBiz during their Best of Business awards.
Start! Peninsula is a multi-city competition that starts as entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to judges on Friday night. Individuals with the top ten pitches are given needed resources to refine and develop their ideas over the weekend-long event, culminating in a Sunday pitch for a chance to win three top prizes of cash and continued business incubation.
