Colonial Community Corrections
The Colonial Community Corrections unit strives to enhance public safety, empower our clients, and improve the quality of our community by providing judicial alternatives to adult incarceration, transitional services and criminal justice planning to the localities we serve.

Community Services Unit
Community Services Unit offers neighborhood and business watch programs, Project Lifesaver, home and business security surveys, RAD classes, child identification, Citizens Police Academy and many more crime prevention programs.

Criminal Investigations Unit
As a primary function of this Division, criminal investigation aims at prompt, effective and efficient investigation of all crimes and offenses which occur within the County of James City.

School Resource Unit
School Resource Officers are assigned to the schools to provide information to the students, parents and staff regarding law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
