James City County government offices, facilities, libraries and courts will follow the schedule listed below on May 29 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday: County offices Closed James City County Recreation Center and Abram Frink Jr. Community Center Closed All County Parks are open. Some parks have stores/offices: Freedom Park Store/Office Closed Chickahominy Riverfront Park Store/Office Open James City County Marina Store/Office Open Little Creek Reservoir Park Store/Office Open Convenience Centers and Garbage Transfer Station Closed Libraries Closed May 28-29 Courts Closed
